2. Include good photos and a clear explanation of the situation. Ex. Broken bone, tarnished hardware, missing bead...etc. The more information you provide, the better.

3. Email: Include contact information: Full name, phone number and shipping address.

4. Wait for a quote for repair and shipping cost.
